This small and remote community, located in the center of Puerto Rico, was completely cut off due to washed out roads and bridges…the people had no potable water. In addition to bringing in truckloads of much needed FEMA relief commodities, Ray and the group set up right in the middle of the river and started purifying water.
Word spread and as the day went on families came down from the mountains to fill their buckets for cooking and cleaning.
